Food Trucks Are Headed to River Oaks!

Please take time to check your schedule and then use the RSVP to let us know how many you expect to come.

We’ll have tables set out on the lawn near the food trucks, but will not have chairs, so bring your own chairs.  Also bring your own cooler with your favorite beverages, or order what’s on the trucks.

We’ll have 3 trucks – BBQ, Mexican, and a desert truck.  Menus are below.

This event is being funded with the $30 household donations raised earlier this year.  To help offset the cost in holding this event we’ll be holding a 50/50 raffle.

Here’s how it’ll work:

We’ll be selling tickets for a 50/50 drawing. (Cash only please.) Tickets will sell for $1 each, 7 for $5, 15 for $10, and 35 for $20. Included with the 50/50 raffle will be an autographed guitar pick donated by neighbor Moses Mo, lead guitarist of “Mother’s Finest” and “Moses Mo and the Real Cool Band”. Mo stamped the pick from a room key he saved from a concert tour.

At the end of the event we’ll draw a winning ticket. If your ticket matches the winning ticket that was drawn, you win half the money collected from the ticket sales and the autographed Moses Mo guitar pick. The other half of the money from the ticket sales will go into the River Oaks Group treasury. A win-win!
