Community Blog page is available to River Oaks Group Members only. We are not a nasty mandatory H.O.A. that dictates what you can and cannot do, but a Neighborhood Association made up of a group of friendly volunteers that solicit and collect "dues" as donations. Your $30 yearly "dues" donation is used to maintain landscaping of both our entrances and roadside properties that in part keep property values high.
