YES! The free listing is really free. It doesn't display very much information - just the business name, phone number, and the 'verified neighbor owned business' badge (if qualified) - but you can add it to the directory yourself for NO COST!
The 'Free' listing will expire in one year. The reason we do that is to make sure that all of the listings in the directory remain current.
Currently, there are two other listing plans that we offer on the website. Both of them are charged for a yearly listing. They can be purchased to automatically renew, or expire after one year. The plans we currently offer are:

You may pay by credit card or by check.
Payment by credit card is 100% secure and we do not store your credit card information on our site. When you pay by credit card, your listing will be ready for approval instantly and will renew automatically (unless you cancel) at the end of one year.
Payment by check is also available. Your listing will not be approved until after your check has cleared payment with our bank. If your check doesn't arrive within 7 days after your listing information is added, your information will be deleted and your listing will not show up in the directory.
Currently, all of our fee plans are for year terms. The free plan lasts 90 days.

Yes! All listings must be approved. They will be approved by the board of the ROHG, at their sole discretion. If your listing is not approved, you will be notified why, with the opportunity to correct the deficiency. It will be your choice to change the listing or request a refund.
